we're creating our first two-minute video based on a movie intro. Our instructions are to think of a movie we want to make, then create an intro to the movie mine is called "Marshmallow the new pup on the block". Marshmallow the new pup on the block - YouTube 1) The only person that contributed to the video was Kaitlyn C (filmed, actor, producer, and director) and Marshmallow (dog actor) 2) For my story board I planed of creating a movie about a dog that just moved into the neighborhood. The only thing I had to pre plan was my dog's bed for the final scene along with toys around the house in order to get my dog to follow me. Here is my movie template
How I created my film The first step I took to creating my media project was picking a genre. I thought about what type of genre I would enjoy filming the most. I enjoy watching fantasy movies, so the idea of creating one popped in my heard. After considering my options I ultimately decided to create a fantasy film. I considered what should my story be about. I came up with the idea of a girl traveling to a fantasy world and needing to find a way back home. I would later call this girl Chloe. I wanted Chloe to go on some adventures while she was there, but I ultimately decided to scrap that idea since my video could only be 2 minutes long. I thought to include a new character that would help the protagonist though her journey, this is where the character Ava (the fairy) came from. 1) Netflix is a very popular and profitable business, some of its media platforms include Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and Facebook. 2) Netflix uses its media platforms to get feedback and critics about its latest or upcoming movies. Netflix does this by creating polls and posting questions about its movies that catch the audience's attention and with the feedback they receive they modify their movies. These platforms also help promote Netflix's new Tv shows and movies. Spotify falls into the Podcast category because its promotions of Netflix occur in between audios that the viewer is listening to. YouTube falls into the film category because its viewers are viewing Netflix's promotions while watching videos. TikTok is another example that falls into the film category because its Netflix promotion only occurs while the viewer is watching videos.
