A high angle or top angle shot is a camera angle that is taken from an elevated perspective. This angle is commonly taken looking down at a subject. This shot can also be used to show a subject’s response to a scenario.

1. Media representations are studied through the portrayals of different social groups, such as age, social class, ethnicity, gender, sexuality and disability. I think this statement is about how through media studies movies are now able to better represent different social groups correctly. I feel that this stamen mentions how the representation of different cultures, ages, social classes, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and disability has been improving due to media studies. One movie that does a good job of showing the representation of another culture is "The woman king." This movie shows how a kingdom lived and survived even at the worst of times. We learn about their native dances, weaponry, clothing, and methods of healing. While this film does a good job representing this kingdom, I don't think all media accurately represent every social group it covers.
